Hi, I’m Katherine.

I have spent my career developing expertise in a variety of nonprofit environments. Through consulting work and in-house roles, I have built relationships with people from many backgrounds, perspectives, and industries. I know how meaningful and exciting it is to believe deeply in a mission, to be proud of an organization's impact, and to have a vision for how to deepen that impact.

Strategy: I have collaborated across teams to set strategy, turn strategy into effective project management, and create systems that improve efficiency, collaboration, and effectiveness. 

Fundraising success: I have delivered high-impact results in multiple organizational contexts. I have demonstrated success with all aspects of fundraising, including foundation, individual, corporate, and other fundraising areas. 

Executive director and board support: I have served as a trusted strategic advisor for organizational leadership on topics related to fundraising, communications, program strategy, operations, external partnerships, board engagement, and more.

Writing and communications: I have developed a breadth of writing and communications experience, and can tailor tone and content based on audience and medium.

Commitment to clients: I create tailored consulting engagements based on each client’s unique goals and needs, and I am deeply committed to their success.
